How do we access the villa? You’ll receive a private door code before arrival — no need to meet anyone or wait for keys. Self check-in makes your arrival flexible and stress-free.
Is cleaning included? Yes — professional cleaning is included before each stay. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.
Is the hot tub private? Yes, absolutely. The hot tub is for your exclusive use, right outside the villa with mountain views and (if you're lucky) the Northern Lights above.
Can we see the Northern Lights from the villa? Yes! During clear nights from September to April, guests often view the aurora directly from the deck or hot tub. We’ll even share tips on spotting them.
Is the villa accessible in winter? Yes — the roads to the villa are well-maintained year-round. We recommend a 4x4 rental in winter for extra safety and flexibility.
Is there a kitchen? Yes — a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots/pans, and utensils. Great for cooking your own meals.
Is the villa family-friendly? Definitely. We welcome children of all ages. The house is spacious, safe, and includes a washer/dryer for added convenience.
Is there WiFi? Yes — fast and reliable WiFi is available throughout the villa. Great for remote work, streaming, or staying connected.
Can we smoke in the villa? No, smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside on the deck, but please be respectful and dispose of waste properly.
